We do not accept returns or refunds charges as a result of simple customer dissatisfaction. As each body is created uniquely for you, we cannot take the product back and resell it.
Yes, you can send the dress back and we will modify the product for you according to your requests.
Shipping costs are always charged to the customer.
Payments
It is not mandatory to send us proof of payment, but if you want us to start working on your dress as soon as possible you can send us proof of payment.
